They send you from ny.gov to nydmv password reset does not work then back to ny.gov password reset no resolve and repeat!!

I was trying to purchase my 5-hour driving lesson course yesterday, but I accidentally purchased the defensive course. This is my first time purchasing something like this online.

I was trying to get the online pre licensing driving course but accidentally purchased the defensive driving course.

I purchased a car from a dealer in NYS. They sent in the information for a new registration and title.

The NYS DMV states they sent it out, 25 days ago. But yet, I still don't have it. This state is quick to take your money but slow to give you anything back. When you try to call the 800 number supplied, they are too busy to take your call and you get hung up on.

Typical bureaucratic NYS nonsense. They should all be fired and move their jobs to customer service agents overseas.

They want to work and you will get better results. Your tax dollars are at work in New York State - what a joke!

Call 646851**** my license never reach me Yet I have no means of contacting these people. I paid, now I cant speak to a person to resolve this loss

Today I called the DMV the wait was an hour, yet the auto system which is great called me back

within the hr. I spoke with a great representative who walked me through the process of getting a

replacement reg. I am 78 and need help navigating the computer, He was patient and really

made me feel comfortable with the process,

I ordered and paid for drivers license; the license never came in the mail! After contacting NYS DMV I was instructed to wait and call back today to request a new one and put my name of the fraud watch list!

The true rating I would like to give is 0, however, the system does not allow for a 0 rating option. Try as I may for months, I have not been able to speak with a DMV agent, numerous # are provided on line, all automated with no option to speak with a live someone.

The only suggestion to go on line for more of the same useless nothing. Below sub par/non existing service. Beyond disappointing. I am disgusted with this whole process.

Very slow and unresponsive, glitches can happen at any page. Just recently I had to restarts my password because it was expired (whatever that means)but I changed it the day prior because it said the same thing. Now when I get asked the secret questions to change password, they changed up the last question that I answered the other day and it tells me that I got all the questions wrong when I know the first two questions are right.

amy from the dmv who gives road tests is the worst *** instructor. she failed me and my friend for no reason.

the *** grabbed the wheel while I was doing a turn.

imo that should be considered unsafe and she shouldn't administer tests. she is also so rude and has a stick up her *** for no reason.

Auto accadent 1 f plate destroyed need 1. And i cant get it typical ny gov sucks. Now ny wants me to write more y barther never gets better its ny commy state gov.

Terrible professionalism by phone agent. Had called but she was really dense.

I requirested to speak with supervisor because communication was terrible.

She just hung up on me! Sad to say, not suprised with NY DMV

Just trying to get information on my suspension on my vehicle registration due to lapse in insurance. My questions were answered by the customer service rep.
